Barbecue Meatloaf

1/2 Kilo Sausage mince 1/2 Kilo Steak mince
1 egg 1/2 water
1 Desertspoon curry powder 1/2 cup of milk
2 choped onions 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 soft breadcrumbs 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:

Mix all ingredientsin a large bowl, then place into a large baking dish. Pat into a loaf using flour. Bake for 30min at 375 degreesF. Make sauce (see below), Pour over and cook for a further 40 to 45min at 350 degrees f. Baste frequently. When cooked reseve sauce and remove fat, it makes a yummy rich sauce for the meatloaf.

Sauce:

1/2 cup of water 1/2 cup worcetershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, boil for 5 min.
